Hello! My name is Alexandru Olteanu, and I’m a Cardiff Uni-trained MA International Journalism graduate, specialising in Photography & Documentary. I’m a Welsh Wallachian currently based in the heart of the Carpathian Mountains.

The Carpathian Awakening Project is dedicated to a long-term ambition of promoting Romanian culture, history & heritage, mending decades of external & internal defamation. Creating fully independent journalism multimedia content that focuses on research & exploration of various sources enables new ideas and alternative views to strengthen an essential part of democracy.
